120 Night Comfort Guarantee

We are so confident that you will love your Bedz 2U adjustable bed mattress that we offer a no fuss 120 Night Comfort Guarantee. Just sleep on your Bedz 2U mattress for up to 120 nights and if you don’t absolutely love the comfort and support the mattress offers, you may exchange it. It’s that easy!

You must use the supplied and fitted mattress protector during the 120 Night Comfort Guarantee period. Stained or damaged mattresses cannot be exchanged. *(A mattress protector is only supplied when a Bed Base & Mattress package is purchased).
Limit one 120 Night Comfort Guarantee exchange per customer and applies to the original purchaser only. The mattress size cannot be changed as part of the 120 Night Comfort Guarantee.
A charge of $199 will apply to cover the return of your mattress to our warehouse and subsequent delivery for your replacement mattress (non adjustable bed mattresses may incur an additional delivery fee).
No refunds will be processed under our 120 Night Comfort Guarantee offer.

What do we do with our exchanged mattresses?

Unlike our competitors, exchanged mattresses are not restocked or resold as new. Though it is extremely rare that anyone chooses to exchange their mattress, Bedz 2U will donate your exchanged mattress to a benevolent organisation, homeless refuge or individual in need which is why it is vital that the exchanged mattress is in as-new condition.

Mattress Stain Protection Warranty

Bedz 2U now include a complimentary Bambi brand Health Assurance Cotton Mattress Protector Pack with every electric bed package* purchase. Designed to give maximum mattress protection, when included on your Bedz 2U mattress purchase receipt, Bambi will warrant your new mattress against staining for 5 years. Please refer to warranty card in pack for full warranty details. Increase your stain protection to 10 years by upgrading to the Health Assurance Tencel Protector Pack for a small charge.

Faults and Repairs

Though it is extremely rare that you will ever have a problem with your Bedz 2U adjustable bed, if something does go wrong, we are here to help. If you experienced an issue with your adjustable bed or speciality mattress, please contact our team directly on our toll free number 1800BEDZ2U (1800233928).

Our adjustable beds are covered by up to ten (10) year manufacturer’s warranty on bed frames, up to five (5) year manufacturer’s warranty on motors, and up to two (2) year manufacturer’s warranty on electrics. Our gel infused memory foam mattress has a generous ten (10) year manufacturer’s warranty and our pocket spring mattresses carry a five (5) year manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the individual product listing for details of the warranty that applies to each product.

These warranties do not extend to any products: (a) that have been subject to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper storage, accident (other than an accident caused by the product itself), or that have not been properly maintained; (b) that have been modified by any Third Party; or (c) that have been disassembled, serviced, or reassembled by any Third Party.

Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellations:

Please note that Bedz 2U cannot approve a return request if you change your mind, if you do not have your original receipt or if you are not the original purchaser.

Your order may be cancelled prior to delivery however all special orders will attract a cancellation fee of up to 20%.
