Do You Ship Internationally?

No. Unfortunately we only service the Australian market at this time.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Mattresses, Bed Bases, and Frames

For mattresses, bed bases, and frames, delivery options and times will vary depending on your area. You’ll be advised of your delivery method during the checkout process, after providing your address.We currently offer next day delivery in the following Metropolitan and surrounding areas.

  • QLD and Northern NSW: Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and the Tweed Region
  • NSW and ACT: Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, Gosford, Wollongong, South Nowra, Canberra and Queanbeyan
  • VIC: Melbourne, Geelong, Bellarine, Surf Coast, Sunbury, Mornington Peninsula and Healesville
  • SA: Adelaide
  • WA: Perth, Mandurah

Day of Choice Areas
Due to increasing demand for “day of choice” delivery services, we also service some Regional areas in Victoria. These include; Ballarat, Bendigo, Traralgon, Sale, Wonthaggi, Yea and Seymour a few times a week.

Other Regional Areas
Most carriers servicing areas outside of Metropolitan and surrounding serviced areas do not cater for set delivery days.

Provided the products are in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched we will advise of your delivery service and details via email.

Any tracking information or delivery estimates given should only be referred to as a guide, as they do not account for weekends, public holidays, or delays.

Accessories
Our accessory items are delivered via Australia Post and are subject to standard transit times. We aim to dispatch accessories within 1-2 business days of an order being placed, or when the products are back in stock. Once dispatched you’ll receive a tracking email to follow your delivery progress via the Australia Post website.
